WebPublic Holidays and Leave - HSCNI Jobs Public Holidays and Leave Statutory Leave: Full time staff are entitled to 10 statutory and public holidays per year. For staff that work less than full time hours this leave is pro rata and is calculated in hours. WebThis approach will streamline structures and reduce bureaucracy whilst providing continuity of service which minimises risk to the overall HSC system. Staff will retain existing HSC Terms and Conditions through employment by the Business Services Organisation (BSO).
