WebAug 26, 2024 · I've recently done a clean install of windows 10, and have an issue where most pinned apps disappear from start menu, while unpinned apps reappear, every time windows 10 is restarted. I have no problem pinning apps and unpinning them, just that changes are not saved when restarting.
